We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request assistance with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In some cases we may offer a return depending on the situation. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Processing
